For the dataset analysis phase (Phase 1), use Ask Sage with a reasoning model (Claude Opus 4.7 or GPT-5 reasoning) and upload the actual CSVs. For fast iterative coding (Phase 2), genai.mil chat is fine. Both are first-class tools. Pick the right one for the phase.
