AI Fluency Fundamentals
The universal starting point. Learn the six 201-level skills that separate sustained AI adopters from the 80% who quit. Includes hands-on exercises: the Red Pen Review, workflow mapping, and the delegation equation.
Self-paced course materials and in-person companion resources for Expert-Driven Development training. Work through these independently or follow along during live instruction.
These pages work two ways: as self-paced courses you can complete on your own time, or as companion materials to follow during a live training session. Each course includes all exercises, examples, and assignments inline — everything you need is on the page.

Start here: AI Fluency Fundamentals (required for everyone). After completing it, continue with Builder Orientation if you want to build tools, or stop here if you only need daily AI skills.
Builder Path: AI Fluency Fundamentals → Builder Orientation → Platform Training → Advanced Workshop → Full-Stack AI-Assisted Development (bonus)
The universal starting point. Learn the six 201-level skills that separate sustained AI adopters from the 80% who quit. Includes hands-on exercises: the Red Pen Review, workflow mapping, and the delegation equation.
Go beyond daily AI use and build your first tool. Guided walkthroughs of a complete build process, debugging exercises, and a decomposition framework you'll use on every project.
Build three complete tools on Power Platform practicing centaur and cyborg work patterns. Includes planning templates, build walkthroughs, and your first frontier map.
Same three-build arc as Course 3, pivoted to single-file static HTML on free public hosting. For Marines on tenants where Power Platform is restricted. Ship deployable tools and a Capability Gap Map row per build.
Map the frontier for your domain, build verification protocols, practice group debugging, and learn to teach others. Produce deliverables that serve your entire section.
Same six-module arc as Course 4, pivoted to a static-HTML Readiness Dashboard build with hand-rolled SVG bars. Adds Ask Sage alongside genai.mil so tool selection becomes part of the workshop. Ship a real tool, run a five-scenario debugging clinic, and produce two new Capability Gap Map rows.
The highest-leverage 30 minutes in the program. The four supervisor questions, the apprentice problem, and the permission culture that decides whether AI adoption sticks across your section.
The capstone. Build and deploy a complete web application from zero using AI as your development partner — Go backend, React frontend, AI chat with tool use, role-based auth, Docker, and Azure deployment.
